BUSINESS ANALYST
- Analyze business performance across sales, products, margins, stock levels, inventory rotation.
- Support profitability analysis across stores, categories, and business units.
- Partner with senior management to evaluate store financial performance, identify value creation opportunities, and support investment decisions related to store openings and network optimization initiatives.
- Identify trends, risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities across the business and proactively propose improvement actions.
- Translate complex analyses into clear, concise, and actionable insights for senior management.
- Prepare management presentations, executive summaries, dashboards, and decision-support materials.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of Power BI reporting and performance dashboards.
- Conduct regular deep-dive analyses into operational and financial performance drivers.
QUALITIES OF THE SUITABLE CANDIDATE:
- Experience in retail, FMCG, or multi-site operations.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and data warehouses.
- Experience with SQL and advanced data modeling.
- Experience supporting executive-level decision-making.
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS RELEVANT TO THE POSITION:
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Financial Analysis, Controlling, FP&A, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
